Project target was to divide in two apartments a tipical bacelonian Eixample flat, with a lot of room separations, few rooms with natural light, but well conserved, almost in its original state. From the first moment, we wanted to preserve the existing flat enviroment, mantaining the characteristic elements for that kind of buildings, such as pavements, windows, doors and ceilings. At the same time, housing distribution wants the main rooms to have natural light.
