These three main comunication elements are completed with another public uses introduction. A single building can contain several kind of uses on it.
We used generated spaces between the two levels to lodge on them cultural, ludic and sportive activities. At the same time, the urban conection systems allow acces to each one of the levels where activities take part.

This multifunctional building is placed totally separated from rounding slants in the parcel, wich will remain on its natural state. The only contact point between the building and the slants is on the top level, where a great bridge structure connects the building roof-square with the Ruiz Jarabo Avenue. This great public space is focused to the horizon, and generates a lookout that controls the whole Turia river bed.
