The irregular shape, the lack of facade and the situation between parcel dividing walls condition an introverted proposal. Organized around three vertical patios that are inserted into the parcel, they allow the light to arrive the houses, while they provide them natural ventilation at the same time. Around these patios, five different housing typologies are designed. With small variations, they adapt themselves to the different parcel features.

The combination between the parameters full and empty, gives place to a complex game of hallways, patios, corridors, lattices and gaps. Around them is where houses are organized. The privacy relations between the rooms that are opened to the patios are controlled by an opaque panels system. They are casement panels that can be oriented in any direction in order to control visuals between different houses, allowing the light to enter.
