Half digged building solution allows us to connect, almost in a single level, the both parcel endings. Building roof becomes a public space, a lineal parc for the citizens. There is a pedestrian spaces and promenades net, which connect the new building with its enviroment.

We chose a unitary formal and constructive solution for the whole building. A continous roof and facade skin is at the same time closing and building structure. Interior space is understood as a big cave, protected and at the same time opened to exterior through a great glass closing. Subsidiary spaces get light from natural skylights.
