Our proposal is developed from a minimal structural module of 350cm implantation. This, will be the main rithym of the rest of the project. Each one of the 70m² single houses will be developen into a structural unit, in a unique level. Light arrives to the interior through the multiple coutyards that drill the building.

The courtyard is the center that organizes life in traditional houses of Andalucía. In adition to its tradition, the courtyard is a smart answer to the effects that the hot and extreme climate of Andalucía have on the buildings. Under each courtyard, water deposits that are filled with rain are built. This rain water, can be reused to water the gardens, and at the same time, its presence, allows to create a microclimate that cools the houses.
