Building is placed in the city with the purpose to generate an urban space that, due to its pleasant size and configuration, will be a new activity center that cohesions and revitalizes the neighbourhood. To get it, we work over a basic pattern that organizes different uses in a parallel spaces sequence. It combines buildings and vegatabilized zones. The variable modulation in the pattern gives us the rhythm and size for each space, stablishing different relationships with its enviroment.

The new neighbourhood house is built as a completely fragmented unit. Each space generates an independent volume. Each of them are organazed along a central circulation axis, creating a spine functional diagram. Building is placed in the East side of the plot, in direct contact with Coín street, while the great volume that generates the sports building, closer to the industrial sector building dimensions, is placed on the opposite side.

Between those two public buildings, a new pedestrian space is generated. It is a quiet and controlled area, with domestic and variable widths. Between buildings, there are small opened spaces that give us sight from the vegetable spaces, that at the same time, allow the light to arrive averywhere in the neighbourhood house. Complex is disgregated in several programatic units that will be placed in the plot in different phases. This aggrgative process gives us freedom to design every module.
