The Townhall transfers the leading role to the citizen who it represents, and itself becomes the new Tonwhall Square.
The Townhall arises from the urban space. The pavement is cut and bended itself to generate a central space where the public life will take part. That plane manipulation gives place to different volumes which arise from the square opening to the city.

Functional program is distributed all over the available ground. The building appropriates the public space, and it arises from the building.
Different functional requirements are grouped, organized and formalized following its internal use, as disgregated elements. They find their relation in the central square space. The square is the new centrality point for the Town, and also for the Townhall.
