The lobby is the hotel’s heart, the point where all spaces and activities are distributed. All the rooms are around this great main four levels space. Two shapes invade this central space and contain an auditorium and a polivalent room acting as a small conventions center.

Guest rooms are placed in a perimetral ring which takes its shape from the mandatory alingment for the block. In this way, it’s possible that every room has a wide glass end which allows to natural illuminate and ventilate it. Every room typologies are a unique space where furniture is who configures the space and order their activities.
