The project is located on an elongated plot located in an area with high elevations. In this case, the slope runs in a cross-section of the plot which allows the interior urbanization to be resolved without excessive terracing.
The building is configured in an elongated way, with a first floor of greater dimensions than the ground floor, so porch spaces are generated to improve the use of the outer space. The facade of the building emphasizes verticality by formal use of vertical stripes in which the two floors openings are solved, and which allow the display of conclusive opaque plans.
On the ground floor the day program is solved by means of a diaphane floor and open to the outside, and the bedroom program is transferred entirely to the upper floor.
